We handle every aspect of the renovation, from initial design concepts to the final finishing touches. Our goal is to create a beautiful, practical kitchen that reflects your style and enhances your daily life.
Upgrade your kitchen’s look and storage capacity with brand new custom cabinets. We install high-quality cabinetry in the style and finish of your choice – whether it’s modern shaker cabinets or classic raised-panel designs.
New countertops can completely transform the feel of your kitchen. We offer a wide range of countertop materials, including granite, quartz, marble, and durable laminates, to suit your preferences and lifestyle.
Whether you prefer hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl plank, or another flooring material, we’ll install a floor you'll love. We'll also improve your kitchen’s illumination and ambiance with updated lighting solutions.
To complete your kitchen transformation, we take care of installing all the fixtures and appliances. With modern, energy-efficient appliances and fixtures in place, your kitchen will not only look brand new but will also perform better than ever.
Every successful kitchen remodel begins with a thorough consultation. We’ll meet with you in your home to understand your vision, needs, and budget for the project. During this initial consultation, we discuss what you like and dislike about your current kitchen, your wish-list for the new kitchen, and any specific styles or functionality you’re aiming for. We take measurements of your space and assess any structural or utility considerations. Based on this discussion, we’ll develop a preliminary design or concept and a ballpark budget range. This phase is all about aligning our plan with your goals before moving forward.
Next, we move into the detailed design phase. Our team will work with you to create the layout and design for your new kitchen. This may involve drafting floor plans, and we can even provide 3D renderings or sketches so you can visualize the outcome. We’ll assist you in selecting and coordinating all the materials and finishes – cabinetry style and color, countertop material, hardware, flooring, paint colors, lighting fixtures, appliances, etc. Once the design is finalized and you approve every detail, we handle all the necessary permits and approvals. We will submit plans to the local building department and ensure we have all required permits for construction, electrical, plumbing, and any structural changes. This step is crucial to make sure everything is done up to code and legally. We also create a finalized project schedule at this stage.
With permits in hand and materials ordered, we’re ready to start the on-site work. First up is demolition of the old kitchen. We carefully tear out old cabinets, countertops, flooring, and fixtures that will be replaced. Our crew takes great care to contain the mess – we use plastic barriers or temporary walls to protect the rest of your home from dust and debris. We also make sure to shut off and secure utilities (water, gas, electricity) as needed for safety while removing old appliances or plumbing. If walls are being removed or reconfigured, we handle that structural work now, including adding supports or beams if required. After demo, we dispose of all old materials responsibly. Then we prepare the space for construction: marking out the new layout, and addressing any necessary modifications to the rough plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems before new installations begin.
Now the transformation really takes shape. We start building your new kitchen according to the design plans. This step includes framing any new structures (for example, if we’re building an island or new pantry), relocating or installing plumbing lines and electrical wiring for where your new sinks, faucets, lighting, and appliances will go. We coordinate licensed plumbers and electricians at this stage to ensure all mechanical work is done correctly and safely. Next, the walls and ceilings are closed up (installing new drywall if needed and finishing it smoothly). Then comes the installation of cabinets and hardware, which we do with precision so everything is level and aligned. Countertops are fitted and secured, and the new sink and appliances are installed and connected. We lay down the new flooring (which often happens after cabinets to prevent damage) and install the backsplash tiling on the walls. Finally, we take care of all the finishing carpentry – putting in new trim or crown molding, baseboards, and any custom woodwork details. Throughout construction, our project manager ensures each stage is done to the highest quality standards and in the correct sequence.
As we near completion, we handle all finishing touches that make your kitchen complete. We paint the walls and ceilings with your chosen colors, and do a thorough deep cleaning so that the space is move-in ready. We test every appliance and fixture to confirm they are functioning properly – the dishwasher runs without leaks, the range and oven heat correctly, the lights and outlets all work, etc. Then we invite you for the final walkthrough of your brand-new kitchen. During this walkthrough, we go through a detailed checklist with you to ensure everything has been finished to your satisfaction. We’ll demonstrate new features (like how to operate that fancy new oven or any special care instructions for your countertop). If any last-minute touch-ups are needed, we address them promptly. Once you give the thumbs up, it’s time to enjoy your kitchen! We leave you with all warranty information and our promise of support if you need anything further. Our aim is that you feel delighted not just with the beautiful outcome, but also with how the project was managed from start to finish.
The timeline for a kitchen renovation can vary based on the scope of work. On average, a complete kitchen remodel can take about 6 to 12 weeks from start to finish. Smaller or cosmetic updates might be done in 4-6 weeks, while an extensive renovation (involving wall removals or custom orders) could extend beyond 3 months. During the planning phase, we will give you a projected schedule. We also coordinate the work very carefully to avoid unnecessary delays, and we keep you informed at each stage so you know what’s happening and when.
Unfortunately, during a full kitchen remodel, your regular kitchen space will be out of commission. We remove or disconnect appliances and utilities for a portion of the project, meaning you won’t have a functioning kitchen for most of the construction phase. However, we try to minimize the inconvenience. If possible, we can set up a temporary kitchenette in another area of your home – for example, moving a fridge to a garage or utility room, and providing a temporary countertop with a microwave or hot plate. We also make sure you know exactly when water or power will be interrupted and for how long. Many homeowners take this opportunity to plan simple meals, use small appliances like slow cookers, or even enjoy some takeout dinners. We understand it’s a disruption, but we’ll do everything we can to complete the work efficiently so you can get back to normal routines quickly.
We handle the design and planning in-house as part of our kitchen remodeling service. You do not need to hire a separate architect or designer (unless your project is extremely large-scale or you already have an architect’s plans – we’re happy to work with outside designers too). For most kitchen renovations, our experienced team will create the layout designs, help with material and color selections, and produce any drawings needed for construction and permits. This design-build approach keeps everything streamlined. You’ll be closely involved in the design phase to ensure the kitchen reflects your style and needs. We only move forward with construction once you’re completely satisfied with the plan.
Choosing materials is one of the most exciting parts of the process! We will guide you through every decision. We can recommend options that fit your design aesthetic, functional needs, and budget. Often, we’ll take you to showrooms or provide samples for things like cabinet finishes, countertop materials, tiles, flooring, and hardware. We’ll discuss pros and cons of different materials (for example, quartz vs. granite countertops, or ceramic vs. luxury vinyl tile flooring) to help you make informed choices. Our goal is to balance beauty, durability, and cost-effectiveness. We also handle the ordering of all materials once you’ve made your selections, ensuring everything arrives on schedule for the build.
